- I want to book a vacation. What do I do now?
1) Contact Sandy Trudeau at sandi@sunnybeachhouse.net or call 321-544-4935. Tell me which house you are interested in and the preferred dates. This will pencil you in so I don't rent it to anyone else.
2) Send me a refundable $250.00 security deposit addressed to Sandi Trudeau.
3) Once I receive your refundable security deposit, I email you the Rental Agreement for your review and sign.
4) Full payment is due one month before your arrival.
5) A week before your arrival I will email you with phone numbers, directions, etc.
6) Upon arrival, I will personally meet with you and give you a tour of the beach house and show you it's many ementities. I will also give you a map of local restaurants, attractions, drug stores, grocery stores, our hospital, etc. so you don't waste any valuable time trying to find anything. I also give you coupons, menus to the best local restaurants, brochures, and answer any of your questions.
7) From there you enjoy and wonderful vacation and, hopefully, come back in the future.
- How many people can each house accommodate sleeping?
Both of our beach houses also have their own full line of baby furniture.

The Presidential Beach House normally rents from Saturday to Saturday and the Aurora Beach House from Friday to Friday. We do make exceptions during nonprime season. - What is included?
